We are now expanding our team and looking for a passionate, customer-focused Travel Consultant to help deliver exceptional service and support our travellers every step of the way.
What You’ll Do
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and post
• Manage bookings using our internal reservation system
• Coordinate supplier payments
• Handle outgoing sales calls when appropriate
• Support month-end reporting
• Provide general administrative and office support
• Represent Traveleyes with confidence, care, and professionalism
