We at StaffCo Direct are actively recruiting for HGV1 / LGV1 / CE / Class 1 Day Drivers based in Thrapston. We are looking for highly motivated, flexible drivers who can embrace the company’s ethos and support our client’s daily operations.
The Job
1. The role involves palletised deliveries, curtain side, and fork unloads.
2. Average shift length: 8-11 hours.
3. Working days: Monday to Sunday.
4. Start times: between 05:00 am and 08:00 am.
Pay Rates - PAYE
1. Monday to Friday AM - £16.06 per hour plus holiday pay weekly.
2. Saturday - £18.74 per hour plus holiday pay weekly.
3. Sunday - £19.63 per hour plus holiday pay weekly.
Requirements
1. HGV1/LGV1 UK-issued license (minimum 1 year).
2. Current valid CPC and Digi Tacho.
3. No more than 6 penalty points (no IN, DR, or DD codes).
4. Excellent knowledge of the UK road network.
5. Professional attitude and well-presented appearance.
6. Physically fit.
7. Provision of PPE.
8. Weekly bookings and pay.
