Experience
Essential criteria
1. Ability to adapt and learn in a health care environment
Desirable criteria
2. Previous experience of working within a care environment/NHS
3. Experience of working as part of a multidisciplinary team
4. Experience of working with the public
Qualifications

5. Good standard of numeracy and literacy
6. Approved Care certificate including Completion of a competency-based workbook
Technical Skills Competencies

7. Understanding of basic physiology e.g. normal vital signs, fluid balance, nutritional requirements etc.
