Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our busy and fast-paced department. You must demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills, outstanding customer service, and experience working with IT systems.
Women’s and Child Health are busy departments with expanding services where administration plays a crucial role. You will be dealing with members of the public daily via telephone.

* An opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual to work within the Women's and Child Health Booking Team.
* The role involves actioning new referrals and managing outpatient bookings.
* You will be communicating with the public and liaising with medical staff at all levels by telephone.
Working Pattern: 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, either 8.30-4.30 or 9.00-5.00.

Pay: The advertised salary reflects the Agenda for Change 2025/6 rates, including a 3.6% pay award to be implemented later this year. If you join before the implementation, the pay award will be backdated to your start date. Until then, remuneration is based on the 2024/25 pay bandings (Pay scales for 2024/25 | NHS Employers).
