About the role:
As a EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Assist teachers in delivering lessons.
* Provide 1:1 or small group support, particularly for students with any additional needs.
* Help students achieve their learning and personal development goals.
* Assisting with phonics, early reading, and numeracy interventions.
Person specification:
* Previous experience working within EYFS or an early childhood setting.
* Can build relationships with students and staffs.
* Follow safeguarding protocols and prioritise student safety.
* Confident, enthusiastic, and committed to supporting young people.
