What you’ll do:
1. Lead and support a small team.
2. Ensure accurate and efficient HR administration.
3. Drive continuous improvement across processes and systems.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders across People, Finance, and IT.
5. Support projects including onboarding and policy updates.
What we’re looking for:
6. Experience in HR Shared Services or similar.
7. Strong organisational and leadership skills.
8. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
9. CIPD qualification or equivalent experience preferred.
