* Salary: £25,092.00 to £28,783.00 dependent on skills, knowledge and experience

Job Summary
A Youth Development Lead will ensure young people are onboarded and engaged in programmes safely and with style, uncovering and removing any barriers that may stand in their way.
Responsible for a group of young people, providing one‑on‑one support, group sessions and guidance to support them into employment outcomes. You will manage travel expenses and find clever ways to handle their other commitments.
As a liaison you will champion their support and learning needs with employers and work alongside partners such as the job centre and HSC employer partners, including the NHS, to eliminate obstacles to success.
You will guide delivery partners and service providers to deliver the best experience and outcomes for our young people, delivering employability sessions directly to them and helping Delivery Partners and volunteers do the same, both in person and virtually through MS Teams.
In person, you will travel to programme delivery or visits to ensure all runs smoothly.
You will keep meticulous records of information and data on young people, volunteers and partners, ensuring that every step of their journey is accurately reflected in our systems to comply with funding contracts.
