We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to own a defined product area within the transformation of our advertising technology platform, with a focus on front‑end user experiences for campaign planning, management, and operational workflows.
Hybrid working approach: 2 days a week onsite in Osterley
What You’ll Do
* Own and drive a defined product area, including roadmap, priorities, and feature development.
* Translate a high‑level vision into a clear product direction and actionable roadmap.
* Lead product discovery activities to understand user needs, workflows, and business priorities.
* Work closely with Product Owners and delivery teams to define and refine features and support delivery.
* Engage directly with stakeholders to shape requirements and improve user experience.
* Develop structured product thinking (e.g. feature canvases, user journeys, problem definition).
* Make prioritisation decisions within product area, balancing stakeholder needs, delivery constraints, and product goals.
* Ensure alignment between product intent and delivered outcomes.
What You’ll Bring
Essential Criteria
* Experience working in a Product, Product Owner, or Business Analyst role with ownership of features or product areas.
* Exposure to Agile delivery environments (Scrum, SAFe, or similar).
* Ability to take ownership of a product area and drive it forward with support from senior stakeholders.
* Comfortable developing a concept or vision into a structured product direction and roadmap.
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to work across technical and non‑technical teams.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to understand workflows and identify improvement opportunities.
Desirable Skills
* Experience working in AdTech, Media or Broadcast.
* Exposure to product discovery practices.
* Experience working on front‑end or user‑facing products.
* Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
