Looking for a role where you can make a real difference every day? Protocol Education is currently recruiting a SEND Inclusion Support Assistant to join a specialist school in Havering. This full-time role involves supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including MLD, SLD, ASD, and PMLD. You will play a vital role in helping students access learning, build independence, and feel included, safe, and supported throughout their school day. We welcome candidates from a range of backgrounds such as healthcare, social care, residential support, or those with personal experience supporting individuals with SEND. Previous school experience is not essential, as the school values empathy, commitment, and a positive, proactive attitude. You should also be comfortable assisting with personal care where required. Role Details: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm Long-term opportunity with potential for a permanent role Based in Havering Ideal Candidate: Builds strong, trusting relationships with pupils Patient, understanding, and adaptable Confident supporting children with complex needs Works well within a collaborative team environment Relevant training such as Manual Handling, Hoist Training, First Aid, or other care-related qualifications is beneficial but not essential.
