Marketing Operations, Reporting, User Generated Content, Customer Review
We are looking for a driven, resilient and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Executive to support our Customer Engagement and Onsite Reviews function.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor operational tasks, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders. You should possess a good understanding of backend marketing operations, have solid Excel skills utilising Pivot Tables, excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and a passion for UGC and customer engagement.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end operational projects for the Customer Reviews Programme.
* Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies covering Product and Service Reviews.
* Assist in the provision of weekly reporting packs to Stakeholders.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams, including local subsidiaries, operational delivery teams, product management, senior management, and third-party vendors to ensure successful implementation of reviews enhancements.
* Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, including regular status updates and progress reporting.
* Continuously evaluate and optimise project processes to maximise efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills and Attributes:
* 1-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in digital marketing, social media, or customer engagement environments.
* Strong understanding of UGC principles, community management, and customer feedback analysis.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, adapt to changing circumstances, and working under pressure.
* Experienced in working with colleagues from diverse backgrounds, regions, and mindsets.
* Proficient in project management tools, such as Asana, Jira, Trello, Confluence, etc.
* Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
