Job Description:

A growing real estate investment and management firm with a global presence is seeking a Senior Portfolio / Asset Manager to join its expanding UK team. With a diverse portfolio across logistics and industrial sectors, the company offers a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment backed by institutional capital. The future plan is to expand into Europe and they have very ambitious growth plans.

Role Summary:

This is a high-impact role requiring an experienced and very commercially astute asset management professional to help deliver value across a growing logistics and industrial property portfolio. You will be instrumental in implementing asset strategies, overseeing development and refurbishment projects, managing property performance, and contributing to leasing and capital markets activities.

Candidates need to have worked in fast paced and demanding roles, and have strong financial modelling experience with the associated rigorous approach to reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee asset management of a growing UK logistics and industrial portfolio, with future European responsibilities
* Develop and execute property-level and portfolio-wide business plans
* Collaborate with internal leasing and construction teams on property improvements and leasing strategies
* Lead tenant relationship management and support leasing negotiations
* Monitor financial performance including budgeting and variance analysis
* Work with property management and accounting to ensure smooth operations
* Support due diligence and financing for acquisitions and other transactions
* Operate independently and take ownership of projects in a fast-paced environment

Candidate Profile:

* Degree qualified, preferably in finance, real estate, or a related field
* 7–15 years of commercial real estate experience, with at least 6 years in asset management
* Strong analytical and communication skills, with advanced Excel capabilities; ARGUS proficiency preferred
* Comfortable with financial modelling, budgeting, and portfolio analysis
* Creative and commercial thinker with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
* Team-oriented with a proactive and independent approach
* Legally authorised to work in the UK; valid UK driving licence required

Why Join?

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the UK and future European expansion of a successful, privately-held real estate investment firm. You’ll work alongside a highly collaborative team and contribute directly to the performance and growth of a strategic portfolio.
