As a Professional Sports Scaffolding Laborer at InProduction, here is what you can expect:
* Daily Routine: Building scaffolds at professional venues like stadiums, golf courses, racetracks, etc., often while watching events on TV.
* Crews: Small teams of up to 5 employees, traveling together from job to job.
* Work Schedule: Full-time, consistent, and year-round work without uncertainty about assignments.
* Work Environment: Outdoors, in the sun and fresh air.
* Travel: Overnight travel is routine; you may be away for 90+ days. InProduction arranges travel and lodging, with two crew members per hotel room, often with small kitchens.

* Growth Opportunities: Potential to advance to roles such as Crew Lead, Foreman, or Project Manager.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
* Build and dismantle scaffolds, install ladders, walkways, handrails.
* Assist in the safe installation and removal of equipment per plans.
* Inspect scaffold components before assembly.
* Prepare sites by cleaning and removing debris.
* Load/unload equipment and materials.
* Study plans and equipment lists before work.
* Follow safety protocols, including wearing safety equipment.
* Maintain fall protection standards during scaffold erection/dismantling.
* Keep tools and equipment clean and maintained.
* Ensure client satisfaction regarding quality and timeliness.
* Perform other duties as required.
Requirements:
* Background check and drug screening required.
* Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
* Familiarity with basic hand tools, drills, saws, hammers.
* Comfort with heights.
* Creative problem-solving skills and multitasking ability.
* Ability to work independently and in teams.
* Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
* Ability to read and understand safety instructions.
* Background in scaffolding, carpentry, construction, laboring, or events preferred.
* Willingness to work overtime.
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
