A leading Tier 1 contractor is seeking an experienced Construction Director to join the senior leadership team on one of the UK's most significant healthcare developments. This is a flagship £1bn+ programme in Norfolk, offering over 10 years of secured work and the opportunity to play a pivotal role from pre-construction through to full project delivery. Reporting directly into the Project Director, you will operate as the number two on the scheme, taking ownership of construction strategy, operational delivery, stakeholder management, programme performance, and team leadership across multiple phases of the development lifecycle. The project itself is a highly complex, large-scale healthcare scheme incorporating cutting-edge clinical facilities, extensive infrastructure, and technically challenging construction packages.
