This is a great opportunity for someone with basic admin experience and some understanding of finance and transport operations. Salary: £12.21phr Duties of a Transport Administrator: Inputting transport data accurately into internal systems Assisting with scheduling and tracking deliveries Communicating with drivers and customers regarding delivery times Checking delivery paperwork and updating records Supporting with invoice processing and basic finance admin Filing, scanning and general office duties In order to be considered for the role of Transport Administrator: Some knowledge or experience in transport and logistics (preferred) Basic finance/admin experience (e.g. working with invoices or spreadsheets) Good attention to detail and accuracy Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel Able to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and organisational skills Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 9am – 3pm This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with great potential for the right candidate.
