Due to continued growth and workload, they are now seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their senior operational team.
The Role
This is a permanent position offering long-term stability, autonomy and exposure to a varied portfolio of projects. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for managing multiple projects concurrently, ensuring delivery to programme, budget and quality expectations.
Key Responsibilities include:
1. Overall responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple projects from pre-construction through to completion
2. Managing and supporting Project Managers and Site Managers across live sites
3. Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
4. Client liaison and relationship management
5. Overseeing subcontractor procurement, performance and commercial control
