Position Summary
The Children’s service provides support to children, young people and their families through screening, immunisations, developmental reviews and information and guidance in line with the Healthy Child Programme.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with partner agencies to achieve good health outcomes for children and families.
* Support the Health Visitor in working with children and families to help each identified child achieve its full potential.
* Take part in the Healthy Child programme (0‑19) as delegated by the Health Visitor after training and competency demonstration.
* Ensure delivery of the quality strategy within the designated area, establishing systems and processes.
