As a Credit Controller, you'll be responsible for managing the company's debtors ledger, ensuring timely payments from customers and maintaining strong working relationships to support the financial health of the business. Description Proactively chase outstanding payments by phone and email Allocate incoming payments accurately Monitor customer accounts and manage credit limits Resolve queries and disputes in a professional and timely manner Issue monthly statements and follow-up reminders Liaise with internal teams to support query resolution and customer service Prepare aged debt reports for management review Assist with month-end processes and reporting Profile Previous experience in a credit control or accounts receivable role Strong communication and negotiation skills Organised, self-motivated, and target-driven Able to work both independently and as part of a team Professional and customer-focused approach Job Offer Salary from £28k - £30k DOE Bonus - every March, bonus profit share scheme Full time office Hours 8.30am to 5.00pm Holidays 25 days plus BH Study support towards CICM - should you wish to study
