Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded secondary school in Exeter, seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Food Technology Teacher to join their Design & Technology department from September 2025. This role is full-time with a view to becoming permanent for the right candidate.

The Role:
* Teach Food Technology across Key Stages 3 and 4
* Plan and deliver engaging, practical lessons that promote healthy living, nutrition, and life skills
* Maintain a safe and well-organised food tech classroom environment
* Track and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback
* Contribute to curriculum planning and extracurricular activities
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Specialism or experience in teaching Food Technology
* A creative and practical approach to teaching and learning
* Strong classroom management and communication skills
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
