What We're Looking For
We're searching for an MOT Tester who is:
10. Possesses strong knowledge and understanding of routine servicing and basic mechanical repairs.
11. An excellent communicator who can interact effectively with colleagues at all levels and, most importantly, with our valued customers.
12. Capable of working independently in a competent, safe, and efficient manner.
13. Highly detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to accurately complete paperwork.
14. Proactive and results-driven, always looking for ways to improve and excel.
15. Holds a full driving license.
16. Has all relevant qualifications for an MOT Tester license.
Your Role in the Driver's Seat
As an MOT Tester at Holdcroft, you'll be the linchpin in ensuring our customers' safety and satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:
17. Performing accurate and thorough MOT tests on all booked vehicles.
18. Ensuring meticulous Manufacturer and Company compliance with all administration standards and procedures.
19. Adhering strictly to MOT and manufacturer safety standards for all work carried out.
20. Utilising your technical knowledge and skills to provide effective, economic, and safe service for our customers' vehicles.
21. Efficiently completing all daily work to meet deadlines and targets.
