You'll assist in leading and coaching our Store Colleagues and act as a role model for world class customer service. You will assist in driving financial performance with sales targets, maintain stock accuracy and ensure full compliance with health and safety. To become a Health & Wellness specialist you'll embark on a training programme that includes our Qualified to Advise and Healthy Expert qualifications which are accredited by our awarding body to Level 2 and Level 3.
