As our Engineering Team Leader, you will provide support for the management of the site engineering team (team size 9). Youll be leading your team to success for our customer Nestle Purina, based in our Hams Hall depot. This is a varied team leader opportunity focusing on communication, investigation and resolution of operational engineering issues, along with leading upcoming engineering projects.This is a pivotal role to our success and will provide you with a blended approach of being 50% hands on engineering and 50% team leading.
This is a full time, permanent position, with working hours of Monday to Friday 8.00 to 16.00. Due to the nature of the operation, some flexibility will be required outside of usual working hoursthis is logistics after all!
Pay, benefits and more:
