Year 4 Teacher – Full-Time (via Teaching Personnel)

Contract: Full-Time Supply (Summer Term)
Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting a passionate and dedicated Year 4 Teacher for a welcoming primary school in Littlehampton, West Sussex. This is a full-time supply role starting after the Easter break, running initially for the summer term, with the potential for extension.
This role would suit an experienced teacher or a confident Early Career Teacher who enjoys working in Key Stage 2 and is committed to delivering engaging, high-quality lessons that support pupils’ academic and personal development.
The Role
Full-time Year 4 class teacher responsibility
Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the KS2 National Curriculum
Assessing pupil progress and adapting teaching to meet individual needs
Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Working collaboratively with the KS2 team and wider school staff
The Ideal Candidate
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 4
Strong classroom management and organisational skills
Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
Commitment to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning
