About the Role
We have an exciting and rewarding opportunity to join our skilled team at our Trafford children’s home.

You will need to build good relationships with the young people and understand their individual needs. You will support the home to maintain high standards of care and accommodation, act as a positive role model, advocate for the young people, and listen to their wishes. Our goal is to create a loving, homely environment where young people can make happy memories, supported by a nurturing and restorative approach to help them achieve their goals and aspirations.
The post involves providing all aspects of care, developing effective action plans to reduce risks and build on strengths, and working closely with young people as part of a 'Key Working' approach to support their resilience and transition to independence.
