<div><h3>Overview</h3><p>An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and proactive administrator for our Allergy Clinic. The role involves coordinating the allergy service, working closely with clinical, administrative and management teams to prioritise high-risk patients.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Manage the new and follow-up booking processes, ensuring patients are booked in priority order.</li><li>Produce performance reports and weekly Patient Tracking Lists using complex data, and present these to the Trust’s Head of Elective Access, Operational Management and Clinicians.</li><li>Line‑manage the allergy administrative booking and tracking teams.</li><li>Provide cross cover as required for pathway tracking, outpatient procedure and day case booking duties during absences and high demand.</li></ul><h3>Candidate Profile</h3><p>We are looking for an organised, proactive professional with strong communication, leadership and IT skills, and experience in a busy administrative environment.
