Rainbow Care Solutions is recruiting a Clinical Lead (TDDI & Complex Care) to provide clinical leadership and oversight across our services, supporting safe growth in the range of packages we can deliver. This role is centred on safe, person-centred delivery of TDDI (Treatment of Diseases, Disorders and Injuries), ensuring clinical interventions are well planned, delivered safely, clearly documented, and supported by strong governance and escalation pathways in line with CQC expectations. Key elements of the role include strengthening medicines management (ordering, storage, administration support, MAR completion, PRN guidance and safe disposal), improving the quality of clinical documentation, and leading training and competency sign-off (observed practice, reassessments and spot checks). You'll also support clients with respiratory support and complex care needs, contribute to robust risk assessments and care planning, and provide clinical advice to managers/on-call within scope. You'll liaise with GPs, community nursing/respiratory teams and pharmacies, ensuring medication and care changes are communicated and recorded accurately. You'll also lead audits (e.g., MAR audits and compliance spot checks), support incident reviews and learning from near misses, and help drive continuous improvement. Applicants must be an NMC-registered nurse with UK community nursing experience and at least 3 years' experience in care, confident in coaching staff, assessing competence, and maintaining strong clinical governance.
