Position Description:
We are looking for a Social Value Engagement Manager to help us deliver a major project over the next four years and beyond, based in Belfast. This is a part-time role, 18.75 hours per week, co-located in the CGI Belfast office and client site, with travel as required across Northern Ireland.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
This is a new programme and you will deliver a variety of opportunities that will add value to the local community in Northern Ireland. Your role will focus on skills development, mentoring and education to support people in the local community, including vulnerable adults leaving prison and those on probation in the community, as well as young people and children. Working with the Social Value Engagement Officer, you’ll manage and lead activities hosted by CGI and our Partner organisations.
Key Tasks:
Work with CGI and Partner organisations, to raise awareness of the Social Impact commitments, supporting the reporting and data analysis requirements and showcasing tangible localised impact through a social value lens.
o Provide and co-ordinate a range of skills development workshops and activities to support individuals and groups including:
o Facilitate the opportunity for CGI employees to volunteer for local social value initiatives.
o Help share the types of jobs and expertise that CGI offer with stakeholders and the skills / qualifications CGI would look for as an employer of over 90, staff globally.
o Set up, facilitate and enable the delivery of skills and IT workshops
o Provide skills development and mentoring, including creating events that promote the sharing of motivational careers advice and skills/employability mentoring.

Qualifications
In line with the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) for England and Northern Ireland, one or more of the following Level 2 qualifications are required for the role:
• GCSEs at grades A–C* (or grades 4–9 in England)
• Intermediate apprenticeships
• Level 2 awards, diplomas, and certificates
• OCR Nationals
• NVQs (Level 2)
• Essential Skills qualifications
• O Levels at grades A–C
Additional Requirements
Successful candidates will be required to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) checks and secure Access NI Enhanced Clearance as part of the onboarding process. As part of the vetting process consideration will be given to individual circumstances.
