Job Title: CRM / Email Automations Manager
Location: London (Hybrid – 2 day a week in office)
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000
My client is a global luxury property companies and due to growth they are looking for a CRM / Email Automations Manager to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity to join a digitally progressive environment where CRM is seen as a key lever for growth.
The Role:
They're looking for a strategic and hands-on CRM leader to own and optimise our use of the HubSpot CRM, driving improvements across the full customer lifecycle—from lead generation through to retention and upsell.
Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you’ll work closely with Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales teams to create intelligent workflows, automate campaign delivery, and ensure seamless CRM integration across our go-to-market engine.
This role requires both technical aptitude and strong communication skills—you’ll design and manage complex CRM workflows, then translate performance and recommendations into clear actions for stakeholders across the business.
What You’ll Need:
* 2+ years of experience in marketing
* Experience with Pardot, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo (some or all)
* Property or Real Estate experience is great but not essential
* Strong campaign management
* Agency experience is ideal but not a must
* A collaborative, fast-paced mindset with a proactive approach
