About the role:
As an In-House Reformer Pilates Instructor, your enthusiasm for group exercise and fitness will shine through your teaching, inspiring members to love their bodies and exercise regularly.
Qualifications and qualities:
* At least NVQ Level 3 Pilates instructor qualification.
* Willing to complete Virgin Active’s accredited Reformer Pilates qualification.
* Ability to coach and motivate members effectively.
* Achieve targets related to class occupancy and instructor ratings.
* Maintain communication with the club team and stay updated on class policies and procedures.
* Passion for people and fostering a community where members become loyal fans of Virgin Active.
* Open to constructive feedback and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
* Work collaboratively with the team, be authentic, diligent, and ambitious.
