SEN Teaching Assistant - Secondary School, Eastbourne
£90 - £100 per day | Full-time, Long-term | Start ASAP
The Role:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEN
* Help students access learning and build independence
* Adapt resources and track student progress
* Work alongside teachers, SENCo, and external professionals
* Support positive behaviour and social development
You Have:
* Experience working with children/young people with SEN
* Understanding of diverse learning needs
* Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
* Desirable: Secondary experience, autism/ADHD/dyslexia knowledge, SEN qualifications
