The ITTransformation Roadmap is moving ahead faster and there are manyoperational changes that affect different IT platforms. To achievetheir goals the Maintenance divisions require these IT changes.These need careful planning and collaboration from various teams tofinish them on time and successfully.
The ITBusiness Partner will focus initially on supporting our GroundsMaintenance division and will work closely with the ProcessIntegration Manager and Senior Leadership Team to define scope andactively manage timelines for the delivery of these IT changes.
This role will require travel to the Head Officein Billericay at least twice per week.
Principle Accountability Areas:
* Plan organise andprioritise product improvement requests for the assigned BusinessUnits.
* Working closely with internal andexternal stakeholders including but not limited to directors salesteams customers and partners to ensure alignment and delivery ofvalue/benefits.
* Collaborating withcrossfunctional teams including developers data engineers dataanalysts designers and thirdparty suppliers to assess technicaldependencies and efficiencies.
* Contribute tothe efficient and productive working practices of theTransformation function.
