The Role
We are seeking a commercially-minded Systems Engineer with an Aerospace & Defense background to join our multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will navigate the full systems engineering life cycle, bridging the gap between technical complexity and business objectives across a diverse portfolio of projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. System Architecture: Develop and maintain high-level architectures, requirements, and MBSE models. Lead design trade studies and performance modeling for complex systems.
2. Technical Leadership: Act as the primary technical interface for customers. Own the technical decision-making process and lead cross-functional teams from concept to delivery.
3. Strategic Growth: Partner with Business Development to capture new opportunities and cultivate "trusted advisor" relationships with key clients.
4. Operational Integration: Collaborate with manufacturing and supply chain partners to ensure seamless transitions from design to production.
Qualifications
5. Education: Bachelor’s degree in EE, ME, Aerospace, or Systems Engineering.
6. Experience: 5+ years in Systems Engineering with a proven track record in electronic product development (Analog, Digital, or Software).
7. Tooling: Proficiency in SysML, trade studies, and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
