NOTION4 is a nationwide construction services business operating across four brands, delivering recruitment, property maintenance and building contracting services to commercial, residential and private clients.
We are looking for a Content Creator / Social Media Apprentice to take ownership of our social presence and help build a strong, consistent brand across every platform.
This is a hands-on apprenticeship role, ideal for someone at the start of their marketing or content career.
The role
You will manage and create content for:

All corporate social media accounts
*
Selected personal/brand ambassador accounts used to represent the business
*
All four NOTION4 brands
You will be responsible for planning, creating, scheduling and publishing content that reflects our professional, direct and no-fluff brand voice.
Key responsibilities
*
Create engaging content (video, reels, graphics, photography and written posts)
*
Manage and schedule content across all social platforms
*
Maintain a consistent look, tone and message across all four brands
*
Support brand campaigns for recruitment, facilities management and construction services
*
Capture on-site and behind-the-scenes content (projects, people and culture)
*
Support senior team members with content ideas and campaign planning
*
Monitor performance and suggest improvements based on engagement and results
*
Ensure content aligns with NOTION4’s brand guidelines and values
What we’re looking for

A genuine interest in content creation and social media
*
Confidence using platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
*
Basic experience with video and design tools (for example Canva, CapCut, Adobe or similar)
*
Strong attention to detail
*
A creative mindset with the ability to work in a structured, organised way
*
Professional communication skills – written and visual
*
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
No formal experience is required – this is an apprenticeship role – but you must be motivated and serious about building a career in marketing and content.
