The Role


As the Head of Product Delivery at AccuSim, you will oversee complete system delivery of our motion platform driving simulators, ensuring seamless execution. You will be responsible for coordinating engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and customer communication to ensure products are delivered on time, meet the highest quality standards, and exceed customer expectations both at point of delivery and in-service. This role is critical in driving efficiency, continuous improvement, and innovation in our product delivery.


Key Responsibilities


Operational Leadership


* Define and implement product delivery practices, ensuring alignment with AccuSim’s business goals.
* Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, logistics, and customer communication.
* Drive improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability of product delivery.

Product Delivery & Execution


* Oversee full delivery lifecycle
* Effectively coordinate design, engineering, manufacturing, and installation teams (& contractors).
* Manage and troubleshoot practical and logistical risks, both pre and post system installation.
* Provide key input to product certification and testing
* Own, oversee and where-required, physically execute – system installation & update. This role requires hands-on work as well as supporting contractors and external third parties
* Develop, review and maintain product user documentation
* Develop and manage aftersales and support requirements, including spare strategy

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management


* Work closely with sales, engineering, and customer to align ensure timelines and status are communicated effectively
* Serve as the key client contact for manufacture and installation stage, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
* Communicate project updates, challenges, and milestones to internal and external stakeholders.

Operational Excellence


* Implement best practices in production, logistics, and installation to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Ensure DFA & DFS requirements are captured through design process.
* Develop and monitor KPIs to measure the success of product delivery.
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standard certification in all aspects in a worldwide market.

Required Skills & Experience


* Proven experience in hardware delivery, manufacturing or testing
* Experience in motorsport or similar high paced environment
* Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
* Experience of complex projects with multiple stakeholders and technical requirements.
* Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on approach
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
* Demonstratable competence with complex manual work, familiarity with tools, tooling and test equipment as both user and reviewer
* Familiarity with 2D engineering drawings. Ability to review and interrogate 3D models

Preferred Qualifications & Experience


* Experience in simulation, automotive, or motion systems industry. Direct experience with motion platforms or driver-in-loop systems advantageous
* Experience in motorsport industry or similar high paced environment advantageous
* Experience of working with HV systems and associated safe working systems and practices
* Knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, and installation processes.
* Familiarity with worldwide equipment and product certification standards

Prerequisites


* Must have existing UK right to work
* Must have full UK driving license
* It’s advised to be located within ~45m travel of OX11 9FF, or be willing to relocate. By nature this role will require hands on time in person and may at times be unpredictable to tailor to customer and developmental requirements.
