Electrical Manager FM Healthcare – HV & LV electrical services Surrey Salary - £60,000 + AP Allowances We are pleased to support the recruitment of an Electrical Manager to work on a Healthcare account, based in Surrey. The role of the Electrical Manager is to oversee the delivery of HV & LV electrical services based on SFG20 & HTM guidelines, within a healthcare setting. This is an opportunity to support the operational team to deliver a high-class service within a critical infrastructure, and to guide and assist the engineering team and technical service managers on site. Knowledge of HV / LV is essential to this post due to the nature of the work and the site specification. Duties of the role include: * Responsible for implementing, administering and monitoring the application of HTM Guidance as well as rules and procedures. Including maintaining/developing a register of appointments, training plans, assess & recommend in writing sufficient Authorised Persons & Competent Persons for the accounts sites & systems * Audit and check service reports by electrical subcontractors operating on the portfolio, ensuring adherence to SOPs and conformance with compliance requirements.
