As the UK distributor for Rion and Norsonic products, we deliver exceptional technical support and innovative solutions. We seek an Acoustics Lead to develop and maintain our products, systems, and services.
Responsibilities
Develop expertise in our product range and deliver top-tier technical support.
Oversee and enhance the LivEnviro monitoring system.
Communicate with key suppliers on technical matters.
Represent the company at industry meetings, e.g., Institute of Acoustics (IOA).
Train colleagues and support the sales team on complex projects.
Contribute to marketing, including social media and website updates.
Qualifications
Degree in acoustics or a related field.
Member (or working towards) of the Institute of Acoustics.
Significant experience in environmental or building acoustics.
Day-to-Day
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
Engage with clients and suppliers to address technical inquiries.
Attend industry events to represent the company and stay informed.
Provide training to enhance team expertise.
Support marketing efforts to promote our products and services.
