The Opportunity:
We're seeking a Data Solution Architect with strong consulting delivery experience to lead end-to-end data architecture engagements. This is a leadership-level role within the consulting division, overseeing cloud-based data solutions for blue-chip clients across sectors.

What You'll Be Doing: Leading cross-functional teams of architects, engineers, and analysts to design and deliver scalable, modern data solutions
Architecting robust cloud-native data platforms using modern RDBMS, ETL/ELT, and streaming tech
Engaging stakeholders and owning the technical vision across full project lifecycles
Shaping product-led data strategies using Data Mesh, Data Fabric, and event-driven patterns
Managing delivery in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) with strong architectural governance
Key Experience Required: Proven experience as a Data Solution Architect on complex, multi-disciplinary consulting engagements
Deep knowledge of Kafka, Confluent, and event-driven architecture
Hands-on experience with Databricks, Unity Catalog, and Lakehouse architectures
Strong architectural understanding across AWS, Azure, GCP, and Snowflake
Familiarity with Apache Spark, SQL/NoSQL databases, and programming (Python, R, Java)
Knowledge of data visualisation, DevOps principles, and ML/AI integration into data architectures
Strong grasp of data governance, security, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.)
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Bonus Points For: Experience with CI/CD, DevOps tooling, and budget/resource management
Exposure to data mesh implementation and data product ownership
Understanding of cloud platform infrastructure and how it shapes data decisions
