NSPCC are embarking on an ambitious Supporter-Centricity programme that seeks to ensure our supporters are heard, valued and their expectations are exceeded. We want supporters to feel more deeply connected to the NSPCC's mission and ultimately, to support us in new ways.
The technology work within the programme is an exciting Salesforce implementation across NonProfit Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Findock. We're working to provide a single supporter view, combining multiple systems into a consolidated platform, automating and personalising communications. As well as striving to make the work of our supporter-facing teams easier.
It is a great opportunity to work on a cutting edge, high-profile technology implementation with real impact on our supporter experience, our effectiveness in communications and our ability to do more for children.
Do you have the skills and experience to develop an in-depth understanding of the various business functions that manage our relationships and interaction with supporters? Are you able to manage the delivery of the technology workstream, working with our internal teams, programme manager, sponsor, SRO and supplier partners?
This is the experience that we're looking for:
1. Significant previous experience of similar Salesforce implementations and data migrations.
2. Previous experience of NonProfit Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud or Findock.
3. A range of project management approaches and techniques, waterfall and agile.
4. An articulate, commercially astute and dynamic project manager, used to budgeting, negotiating and managing suppliers.
5. Demonstrable experience of working with a wide range of stakeholders, including at board level, to deliver large and successful Salesforce implementations.
You'll ideally have experience of doing this in the Non-profit space and will understand the unique opportunities and challenges we face.
