Are you an experienced Conference & Banqueting Manager who thrives on delivering exceptional events? Were looking for a confident, hands-on leader to oversee conferences, weddings, private dining, and large-scale banquets across a luxury hotel and a collection of prestigious venues in Lancashire.

The Role Youll take the lead on planning and delivering seamless events from enquiry through to execution. Working closely with the senior leadership team, kitchen brigade, and front-of-house staff, youll ensure every event runs flawlessly and exceeds guest expectations.
What Youll Be Doing Managing day-to-day conference & banqueting operations
Leading, training, and motivating the events team
Liaising with clients to understand and deliver their vision
Driving service standards and guest satisfaction
Overseeing rotas, staffing levels, and cost control
Ensuring compliance with health & safety and licensing regulations
What Were Looking For Proven experience in a Conference & Banqueting Manager or senior events role
Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach
Excellent organisational and communication abilities
Experience delivering luxury weddings, corporate events, and high-volume banqueting
A passion for high standards and memorable guest experiences
