The Role
As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you'll play a key role in the design team, working on a diverse portfolio—from new‑build housing to complex high‑rise apartment developments.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver detailed technical drawings for RIBA Stages 2-6
* Manage multiple projects and oversee junior team members’ work
* Prepare planning, building control, and construction drawings
* Attend client and site meetings, offering sound technical guidance
What You'll Bring
* Strong background in high‑rise residential projects
* Experience with Design & Build Contracts
* Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit knowledge a plus
* Solid understanding of construction methods and Building/Planning Regs
