Project Manager - Fire Door Specialist\n\nReddbrick have a fantastic opportunity for a Passive Fire Door Project Manager to Join a Regional Business who requires a Passive Fire door Specialist overseeing Fire Door Installation, with experience of Certified Fire doors including BM Trada, Firas etc..\n\nThe Fire Door Project Manager candidate will provide consistent high quality support and assistance to the Operations Team in Manchester and the Northern Region, overseeing a number of project sites.\n\nFire Door Project Manager duties:\nThe main duties within this position include; assisting the Contracts Manager in the delivery of multiple projects across the North, liaising with clients, organising site operatives, overseeing project programmes, health and safety and quality control.\n\nThis is a demanding role requiring excellent organisational and communication skills and an ability to work within a busy environment. A flexible approach is key, as well as being assertive and using initiative.\n\nExperienced Site Managers, Joiners and Fire Door Specialists who are looking to progress their career into Project Management are also encouraged to apply.\n\nFire Door Project Manager roles and responsibilities,\n\n * · Managing both small works and projects up to £2m\n\n * · Manage trades and subcontractors\n\n * · Project team\n\n * Client liaison during live site\n\n * Track and monitor client variations\n\n * Ability to review and follow program construction works\n\n * Able to review drawings of all disciplines\n\n * Take responsibility for H&S on site – review and implement RAMS/Toolbox talks.\n\nFire Door Project Manager requirements\n\n * Good organisation skills\n\n * Good communication skills\n\n * Knowledge of BM Trada, Firas or other certified Fire Door Schemes\n\n * Experience as a joiner including installation of fire doors.\n\n * Good level of IT ability.
