My client, a market leading, well-regarded law firm located in the heart of the City, has a fantastic opportunity for a talented HR Advisor to join the firm’s HR team covering a 12-14 month FTC.
The HR Advisor will be responsible for supporting and developing the firm’s people within their Practice Groups, to help drive and shape the future success of the firm.
The key duties will include:
* Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders as a trusted advisor
* Be a trusted point of contact for Partners, Senior Associates and Head of Department Managers for all HR matters
* Manage and assist with complex and lower level employee relations matters, as well as performance management cases, PIPs and advising on best practice
* Manage flexible working requests
* Support with salary review processes
* Develop HR policies and procedures
* Carry out exit interviews
* Ad-hoc HR projects
* Work collaboratively with the HR Assistant’s and HR Manager's within the wider team
The HR Advisor will be a qualified graduate with experience of working in a professional services environment. Experience in a legal environment is desirable but not essential. The candidate will have impeccable communication skills to build relationships across the business. The candidate will have a good working knowledge of employment law, ER and HR systems. They will also have proven organisational skills and will have a high level of professionalism and integrity.
