SEN Teacher – Complex Needs (Primary) Contract Type: Full-time Temporary Work Start Date: March 2026 Location: Enfield, North London Salary: £37,870 - £50,474 per annum (Outer London Main Pay Scale, M1–M6) About the Role: We are recruiting in partnership with a large, happy and stimulating primary school in Enfield, North London, for an SEN Teacher – Complex Needs to join their dedicated team from March 2026 (after February half term). This is a full-time, temporary role based within the school’s “soft hub” provision, supporting a small group of 8–10 children from Nursery to Year 6. The children are non-verbal and have global developmental delay, requiring a highly skilled, nurturing and structured approach to learning. The hub is currently staffed by 4–5 adults supporting the children, including an unqualified teacher/leader who oversees daily planning. The school is seeking either: A qualified teacher with QTS and strong SEN experience, or A highly experienced senior practitioner capable of leading within a complex needs setting. The SENCO will be leading on this role and is looking for a confident, experienced professional who can work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while maintaining high expectations for all learners.
