What we're looking for:
* At least 4 years relevant experience in electrical insulations.
* Relevant Level 3 trade qualification along with inspection and testing qualifications.
* Experience of supporting young people to learn and develop new skills.
* The ability to work successfully within a team.
* Proven skills at developing relationships with stakeholders.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
