Job Description
As part of our Operations Administration Team, you will work closely with our administrators and Contracts Managers to oversee all aspects of operational delivery.
This Will Include
* Receiving and setting up orders/contracts
* Liaising with customers to ensure accurate information and gather feedback
* Supporting the operations team with relevant information
* Managing holiday requests
* Maintaining accurate electronic and physical records
* Handling inquiries via phone and directing calls appropriately
* Performing other administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

Skills
* Good communication skills, both written and oral
* Organized, thorough, with good time management
* Quick learner of industry systems
* Diligent, innovative, and hardworking
* Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
* Experience as an Administrator is preferred but training can be provided
* Attention to detail and aptitude for math
