They will be able to work as part of a team to ensure that children are safe, cared for and their intimate needs are met. They will look for opportunities for children with complex needs and help shape the children’s care plans with parents and carers, school staff and the SENDCo effectively. They will work alongside the SENDCo to implement and monitor individuals’ personal targets and contribute towards EHCP and APDR reviews.
