We are working in partnership with specialist provisions, alternative settings, and mainstream schools with SEN units to recruit full-time teachers who can make a meaningful impact on the lives of young people with additional needs. Your Responsibilities As an SEN/SEMH Teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting students who require tailored educational and emotional support. Your responsibilities will include: Planning and delivering differentiated lessons suited to individual student needs Supporting pupils with EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans) Creating a safe, structured and nurturing learning environment Managing behaviours using positive and trauma-informed strategies Working collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs, parents, and external agencies Tracking progress and adapting teaching strategies accordingly Encouraging emotional development, resilience and independence About You We are looking for committed professionals with a genuine passion for inclusive education.
