RMN Nurse
Location: Horley (RH6)
Salary: £35,000 - £37,500 per annum
Hours: Days & Nights - 37.5 hours
Time Recruitment are searching for a RMN Nurse for an established and highly awarded mental health provider with over 90 services across the UK overall; an international mental health and learning disabilities provider they are the preferred and mostly exclusive provider for the NHS for outsourced nursing care!
As a RMN Nurse here you will be working in a NEW 12 bedded specialist adolescent inpatient unit treating young people from 13-18 years old; this purpose-built unit is NHS funded and works in partnership with Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.
The site benefits from an independent school on site, courtyard gardens, an extra care area for discharge with a vast MDT consisting of psychiatrists, nurses, HCA's, occupational therapists, psychologists, therapists and teaching staff.
The primary diagnosis of the service user group is acute mental health such as:
* Mood disorders and psychosis
* Co-existing needs such as mild learning disabilities
* Autism
* Neurodevelopmental disorders
* Potentially eating disorders

As a RMN Nurse here you will complete the following duties regularly:
* 6 weekly CPA meetings
* Group therapy
* Assessment and discharge
* Care planning
* Safeguarding and risk management
