What you can expect
* A varied and challenging client support role within Financial Services, integral to the success of MMB and a strong starting point for a career in this field
* Support to our clients’ employee benefits programs by handling account support, including preparing quote requests, processing renewals and drafting recommendation reports
* Assist the consulting team by gathering, organising and analysing data to manage client employee benefit schemes
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a market-leading service
* Be supported by approachable, professional leaders who encourage progression and career development
* Champion continuous improvement within the team/location
* Respond to client and provider queries (verbal and written) in line with service level agreements
* Develop and maintain appropriate technical and market knowledge
* Attend client meetings as required
What you need to have
* 5 GCSEs at Grades 9–4 (including English & Maths)
* Right to Work in the UK or Republic of Ireland (no visa sponsorship provided)
* Experience in a client/customer facing role, in environments such as retail or hospitality
* Good understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
* Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to build rapport
* Strong planning and organisation skills with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Enthusiasm and pride in delivering high-quality work and customer service
* Intellectual curiosity and a desire to develop new skills
