Role Summary
We are looking for a registered nurse to join our permanent team. You will play a personal and hands‑on role in ensuring the highest levels of clinical and medical care to residents, and you will lead, coach, and mentor a team to create a welcoming and safe environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct, high‑quality nursing care to residents.
- Lead and motivate the nursing team, delegating tasks effectively.
- Coach and mentor colleagues to foster a supportive culture.
- Communicate clearly with residents, families and multidisciplinary staff.
- Adapt quickly to changes and manage workloads at short notice.
- Treat all individuals with respect, maintaining their dignity.
Qualifications
- Registered nurse with an active NMC PIN and no restrictions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example and inspire a team.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Coaching style leadership mindset to empower colleagues.
- Flexible and adaptable to change at short notice.
- Warm, approachable and engaging persona.
