Our client is looking for a Recruitment Support Administrator to join the recruitment team. This is a full-time Monday-Friday employed office-based position.
This role will work closely in conjunction with the recruitment team ensuring the onboarding on new vehicle movement drivers for the business is a smooth process.
The suitable candidate will have experience in working in an office environment and being and integral effective member of a team. You will also be able to work on your own initiative ensuring completion of your responsibilities in a timely manner, reporting where appropriate to your line manager.
You will:
Support the Recruitment Lead Driver Trainer
Tablet preparation/ building for the new drivers' inductions
Various Administrative duties
Regular inter-departmental liaison
Stock checks and ordering of new uniforms, dashcams and other equipment
Ad-hoc on site vehicle appraisals and yard movements (age dependent)
Liaison with local customer reporting appraisals and availability for delivery
Arranging compound vehicles are delivered to local customer daily (age dependent)
Any other duties required to assist with successful business operations
